FOR SUCCESS WORKSHOP

Having been selected to train Business Communication workshops for Leaders and Managers at Cambridge Judge Business School; Advance Coaching Consultants is now completing workshops for individuals and companies in Cambridge. This introductory workshop combines the Myers-Briggs Personality Type indicator (MBTI) and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) - both from a form of business psychology.

This workshop is relevant to anyone who would like to improve their communication skills for better sales, relationships with customers, employees and colleagues. The workshop will explore how understanding more about yourself and others can help in the workplace.

By the end of the workshop you will leave with the following;

• A deeper understanding of your own personality type and work style and to be able to identify these preferences in other people.
• A model to help you improve the co-operation and effectiveness of everyone within the workplace.
• An understanding of different communication preferences and how to communicate effectively to manage conflict with confidence and effectiveness.
• You will walk away with new tools for affecting and influencing change.

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is the most widely used personality instrument in the world and NLP is often referred to as an instruction manual for the mind.
